Meets my needs very nicely

I am enjoying my 2020 XC AWD . The safety features are very nice such as blind spot, 306 camera, and it even tells you to stop for coffee if it senses the driver is tired. The mileage for a non hybrid is very good, too. I decided not to wait for their plug in model as I drive to the mountains for skiing in the winter and don't want to be limited to a 200 or so mile range without the option of refueling . The car holds 4 adults easily and the ride is very comfortable. To break in the car, I took some friends skiing to Salt Lake City and drove all the way home in one long day on the way back- 900 miles and didn't feel tired.…
Would buy again in a heartbeat!

From test drive, to delivery day, to now almost two years since taking delivery - I have no complaints. Everything about the XC40 feels right, appropriate, and approachable. There are no difficult menus/buttons, the touch-screen is not difficult to use (I've seen this complaint everywhere but whole-heartedly disagree), even the shifter is perfectly easy and intuitive! I've seen many complaints about people not knowing or understanding how to use the toggle shifter, but again, it is incredibly intuitive and becomes second nature - using anything else at this point feels clunky, unnecessary, and a general boon. The Pilot Assist makes any highway drive fly by comfortably and safely. And all the standard safety features are over-the-top as good as it gets. I've been in more than my share of near collisions due to other drivers, or my own miscalculations, and every time the collision avoidance system works better than expected and reassures me of my decision nearly two-years ago to go with the XC40 over a Tesla. We'll be buying out our lease from Care by Volvo any day now as well as buying a second, all-electric model as soon as it's released!…
